Daily application of fumarate tamoxifen
1) Prevention and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in pig herds
Use Taimiaoxin+sulfonamide drugs (can be added at a weight of 20mg/kg) for 7-10 days to treat cough caused by Mycoplasma in sick pigs; When preventing, it is recommended to add medication 14 days before sow delivery and 14 days before the age of high incidence:
a. 14 days before delivery, sows can be fed with 150mg/kg of Tylenomycin and 40mg/kg of sulfated colistin. This not only reduces the content of Mycoplasma in the sow's body, but also reduces the content of pathogens such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella that cause diarrhea in lactating piglets, thereby preventing piglets from being infected with Mycoplasma and yellow and white dysentery after birth.
b. 14 days before the age of high incidence, according to clinical practice, the current age of high incidence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in fattening pigs is 100-120 days old. Therefore, it is recommended that breeders add 100mg/kg of Tamiflorum and 300mg/kg of chloramphenicol to their feed starting at 95 days old, and use them continuously for 7-14 days to reduce the content of Mycoplasma in the pig population, thereby preventing the occurrence of Mycoplasma pneumonia.
2) Prevention and treatment of respiratory disease syndrome in pig herds
There are two high incidence periods of respiratory diseases in pig herds, one is after weaning of piglets, and the other is after the conversion of conservation pigs to fattening pigs:
a. After weaning, piglets were fed with 150mg/kg of Tymectin and 200mg/kg of doxycycline, which were continuously used from 7 days before weaning to 7 days after weaning for a total of 14 days. At this point, in addition to preventing respiratory diseases, it can also prevent stress diarrhea in piglets after weaning;
b. To conserve and fatten pigs, add 150mg/kg of Tylenomicin and 200mg/kg of doxycycline to the feed, starting from 7 days before the transfer and continuing until 7 days after the transfer, for a total of 14 days.
3) Prevention and treatment of proliferative ileitis in pig herds
If there is a problem of proliferative colitis in the pig farm in the past, it is recommended to start adding Tylenomycin or Tylenomycin to the mix one month before the high incidence age. Generally, it is used at a rate of 35mg/kg body weight for 7 consecutive days, with an interval of 14 days. Then, it is used at a rate of 35mg/kg body weight for 7 consecutive days. This can effectively prevent the occurrence of proliferative ileitis. During treatment, it is recommended to add 40mg/kg body weight and continue using it for 21 days to completely eliminate bacteria and prevent recurrence.
