Diphenylsilanediol can be used as a structural control agent for silicone rubber, reducing the structural phenomenon of silicone rubber and improving its processing performance; It can be used to synthesize phenyl silicone oil, phenyl silicone resin, phenyl silicone rubber, etc; It can also be used as a modification intermediate for polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, PP, PET, PE, etc., endowing new products with high and low temperature resistance, radiation resistance, aging resistance, and other properties. The application examples are as follows:
1) To prepare a diphenylsilanediol modified tung oil based polyol, firstly, tung oil undergoes alcoholysis reaction with glycerol under the condition of sodium methoxide as a catalyst to obtain tung oil glycerol monoester. The tung oil glycerol monoester undergoes epoxidation to obtain epoxidized tung oil glycerol monoester. Finally, the flame retardant structure containing diphenylsilanediol is introduced into the structural monomer of tung oil glycerol monoester through the ring opening reaction of the epoxy group to obtain the polyol. The flame retardant polyurethane rigid foam produced by the present invention has increased dimensional stability, high flame retardant performance and flame retardant persistence, and a limit oxygen index of 26.50%.
2) Prepare a diphenyl tetracycline, with a production formula composed of the following raw materials in weight ratio: 150-250 parts of industrial alcohol, 80-150 parts of diphenylsilanediol, 4/10000-75/10000 parts of potassium hydroxide alkali adhesive, and 4/30000-75/30000 parts of phosphoric acid. The production process includes the following steps: adding industrial liquor and diphenylsilanediol by weight to a reactor, stirring and heating to 70 ℃, adding potassium hydroxide alkali adhesive, 1.5 hours, adding phosphoric acid, and lowering the temperature to below 40 ℃. Compared with prior art, the present invention directly synthesizes phenyl tetracycline from diphenylsilanediol through condensation, with simple production equipment, high conversion rate, and reliable quality.
3) Preparation of an organic silicon crosslinking agent for LED chip packaging. The preparation method is obtained by using diphenylsilanediol, tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane, and hydrogen containing double head as raw materials, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, and heating under the protection of protective gas; Among them, the mass ratios of diphenylsilanediol, tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane, hydrogen containing double heads, and concentrated sulfuric acid are 30-60:20-40:2-4:3-6. The organic silicon crosslinking agent used for packaging LED chips prepared by the present invention is in a transparent state and has good refractive index and stability.
4) Prepare a sewage treatment agent composed of the following raw materials by weight: 38-46 parts aluminum chloride, 30-40 parts poplar bark, 1-8 parts methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 10-16 parts calcite, and 3-10 parts diphenylsilanediol. Grind and sieve the white poplar bark, add an ethanol solution containing cyclohexanol, and then sonicate and centrifuge at 50-55 ℃ to obtain the supernatant; Grind and sieve calcite to obtain calcite powder; The aluminum chloride and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride are grinded and sieved together, then diphenylsilanediol is added for grinding, calcite powder is added for mixing, placed in the supernatant for ultrasonic treatment, and dried by spray.
