  1. Preparing the dye bath:

    • Calculate the required amount of Acid Black 24 dye based on the weight of the textile material and the desired shade. Follow the recommendations provided by the dye manufacturer or supplier.
    • Dissolve the calculated amount of Acid Black 24 dye in warm water. Stir gently to ensure complete dissolution.
    • Adjust the pH of the dye bath if necessary. Acid Black 24 is an acid dye, so the pH should typically be slightly acidic (pH 4.5 to 5.5). Use a pH indicator or pH adjusting chemicals to achieve the desired pH level.
  2. Preparing the textile material:

    • Ensure that the textile material is clean and free from any impurities or finishes that may interfere with the dyeing process. Pre-wash the fabric if necessary.
    • If the fabric is made of natural fibers like cotton or silk, scouring or pre-treatment processes may be recommended to improve dye penetration and color fastness. Follow the specific pre-treatment instructions provided for the desired fiber type.
  3. Dyeing the textile material:

    • Immerse the prepared fabric into the dye bath, ensuring that it is fully submerged and has enough space to move around for even dye distribution.
