Vinyl chlorosilane is an important monomer in the organic silicon industry, among which methyl vinyl dichlorosilane is an essential raw material in the production of vinyl silicone rubber, and vinyl trichlorosilane is an important silane coupling agent.
Add 30ml of toluene with a molar concentration of 10 to a 100ml three necked flask equipped with a reflux condensation device × 10-4M chloroplatinic acid catalyst, 2ml of tetramethyltetravinylcyclopolysiloxane, acetylene gas enters a bubbler containing methyldichlorosilane after stabilizing and flowing, and the gaseous mixture of acetylene and methyldichlorosilane from the bubbler bubbles into a three necked flask. The ratio of acetylene to methyldichlorosilane is 1.5, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, and the bubbling speed of acetylene is 50ml/min, and the reaction lasts for 4 hours. The conversion rate of methyl dichlorosilane was measured to be 100%, the selectivity of methyl vinyl dichlorosilane was 95.17%, methyl trichlorosilane was 2.85%, and the secondary adduct was 1.79%.
